Ruangan tersebut riuh dengan celotehan antusias dan aktivitas sibuk para siswa yang tengah menunjukkan kreativitas mereka dalam mengolah masakan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Siswa kelas XI program keterampilan Tata Boga sedang menjalani praktik intensif membuat olahan ikan dan ayam krispy. Tidak sekadar menggoreng, para siswa ditantang untuk mengkreasikan hidangan tersebut dengan aneka saus dan sambal populer, mulai dari saus asam manis, saus asam pedas, sambal matah, hingga sambal geprek yang menggugah selera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-19430\" src=\"https:\/\/man2kulonprogo.sch.id\/m2kp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/TB6-300x152.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"152\" srcset=\"https:\/\/man2kulonprogo.sch.id\/m2kp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/TB6-300x152.jpg 300w, https:\/\/man2kulonprogo.sch.id\/m2kp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/TB6.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kegiatan praktik ini didampingi langsung oleh guru keterampilan Tata Boga, Eni Prasetyowati, S.Pd.T. Di sela-sela kesibukannya membimbing siswa, ia menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengasah kemampuan manajerial kuliner siswa secara komprehensif.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Para siswa wajib mempraktikkan seluruh tahapan, mulai dari bagaimana merencanakan menu, menyiapkan bahan-bahan berkualitas, teknik mengolah yang tepat, hingga cara menyajikan (plating) olahan ikan dan ayam krispy tersebut,&#8221; ujar Eni Prasetyowati saat diwawancarai.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ia menambahkan bahwa target dari praktik ini adalah menghasilkan sajian yang memenuhi standar industri kuliner saat ini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Kami ingin siswa mampu mengubah bahan dasar menjadi aneka sajian yang lezat, cantik secara visual, dan tentunya kekinian. Hari ini mereka membuat ayam geprek, ikan saus asam manis atau asam pedas, hingga chicken karage dengan sambal matah. Sebagai pelengkap, mereka juga meracik minuman segar dan herbal seperti es lumut, susu jahe, serta lemon squash untuk melatih keahlian barista dasar mereka,&#8221; pungkasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-19431\" src=\"https:\/\/man2kulonprogo.sch.id\/m2kp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/TB5-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/man2kulonprogo.sch.id\/m2kp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/TB5-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/man2kulonprogo.sch.id\/m2kp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/TB5.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hasil karya para siswa ini nantinya akan dievaluasi baik dari segi rasa, tekstur, maupun estetika penyajian sebagai bagian dari penilaian keterampilan praktikum semester ini. Melalui kegiatan ini, MAN 2 Kulon Progo terus berkomitmen mencetak lulusan yang tidak hanya unggul dalam akademik, tetapi juga memiliki <em>soft skill<\/em> yang siap bersaing di dunia kerja maupun kewirausahaan.
